Came out and assessed the issue with my garage door. Had recommendations for either short term or long term solutions.Decided to replace the aged opener. Worked to get door to stay closed until the installation of the new opener. On the installation date worked quickly to install the new opener and also lubricated the door. I will be using them annually to maintain the system.

Both my neighbor and I had opener issues. Jason came out the following morning at the promised time, explained our options and agreed to install new units that same day.
