I enjoyed my entire experience with Crowne Maintenance. Mr. Schroeder and his son were very nice and professional. It felt as if I had known him for years, that is how comfortable he made me feel through the entire installation of my appliances. I plan to have more projects done by Crowne Maintenance.

Michael Schroeder arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and courteous and explained the steps as he was installing a new water heater for me. I would highly recommend him. His prices were extremely reasonable and the service was outstanding!!!

I was very please with the overall job that was performed with Michael. Michael went over everything that he was going to do with me throughout the house and filled me in on his recommendations before he started his work. The work performed was all done in a timely manner and no trash was left behind. I would definitely hire Crown Maintenance again for any home projects as the quality of work was set at a high standard.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Prompt,easy to work with, went far & beyond what I would have classified as an "excellent" job. Ready to please you, the customer-and suggests things that his years of helping people have taught him. I would classify him as as a hard worker who whose only focus is you. And you are definitely the winner! Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again-he's "good people."

I am in Real Estate and a good contractor is hard to find for small to medium project. Michael did a great job fixing some items on a home inspection for one of my buyers. I will be referring him out to other clients. Very professional and fast.

I try to be the go to maintenance person for my clients and continue to work with them long term.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the Chief Engineer for the Crowne Plaza Hotel ( Charleston S C ) for over 4 years before moving back to Columbia and starting Crowne Maintenance. Being the chief engineer of a 4 diamond hotel teaches you how to handle most of the problems people have with their home. I was also a licensed residential home builder in Columbia SC for many years.
