- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $39.00 destination fee that is charged for travel to the potential job site for conversation and estimate. This fee is removed if an agreement is signed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the destination fee is satisfied, the customer will explain what goals they want to accomplish. We will visit the home, prepare a repair plan and an estimate. Another conversation will take place going over the final details on what is to take place, then an agreement drafted. The process is gone through, details authorized and agreement signed. A deposit is paid, and the work is scheduled, and anything needed will be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked in the Real Estate maintenance, rehabilitation and preservation realm for over 20 years. Having casual access to the International Residential Code book and the NHIE home Inspection Manuals, and permitting additions and decks exposes you to the bureaucracy related to real estate work.
