We had a great experience! Elio painted our downstairs bathroom and did an excellent job. He worked incredibly fast without sacrificing quality, and everything turned out clean and professional. We’re very pleased with the finished result and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient painter. We’ll happily use him again!

I would not recommend Empire Legacy based off of the quality of workmanship. The owners are extremely kind. They are so nice that I really don’t want to leave a bad review and the pricing is well below the average quotes I received. Plus, they did extra work for me that we negotiated I would do and I am very grateful for that.

Unfortunately though, they really don’t know how to “paint”. The company consists of a husband and wife and the husband is the painter. He either doesn’t know how to paint or he was rushed. You can see all the brush strokes on several walls, parts of the walls didn’t get painted at all (I inspected the walls and found multiple places that needed paint or touch ups, which they fixed, but I missed some spots that were down low near outlets, in corners etc they didn’t remove any of the ceiling fixtures to paint just cut in, wall paint on crown molding, hand rail was not put back on correctly so it has come loose plus missing screws, paint splatter everywhere, paint on the floors, carpet, doorknobs, they changed out door hinge on 5 doors and 2 won’t close now. The list seems to not end.

I’m so disappointed and discouraged!
