I had a leak in my kitchen breakfast nook from my upstairs bathroom and it leaked over to my foyer which caused for a repainting. I was then referred to Joe by someone I know who had work that needed to be done on her house prior to placing her house on the market. I had seen the completed work on her house and how quickly he had completed what needed to be done under the time constraints. Upon contacting him, he asked me to send a picture; which I did and this was at night and after hours. He actually answered his phone! No voicemail. Box #1 checked. He came over when there was daylight and did an assessment of both areas. I was beyond pleased with his promptness, knowledge, and professionalism. He did not treat me as a customer, but like family.
