- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, and additional services such as laundry. A 10% discount is applied when you book me weekly or bi-weekly for cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I go over what is expected from the customer, what are the "dos" and what are the "don'ts". I like to make sure I am acheiving all the tasks that are requested of me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for years through rental properties, residential, and commercial. I decided through that, that I would open my own business.
