- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. Every job is different & therefore standard pricing is not an option for me. Accessibility, soil type, existing systems are all factors to consider when developing a plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meeting will start the process & put a face with a name. From there, it depends on the project. For a large scale design, we may meet 2 or 3 more times. For smaller projects or landscape management, the details may be worked out through email or over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are currently working on our ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavers Institute) certification. We are proud to offer Belgard hardscape products.
