I can't thank Dr. Meredyth enough for her consideration, thoughtfulness, and consistency. This is not a once a week, 1 hour session. Dr. Meredyth reached out everyday. Her assignments and homework gave clarity and also help today because I still practice the tools given me. If something pops up that I can't handle she's a call away!
