Introduction: We are a producer of custom-made sausage. We make old-fashioned pork sausage with or without onions, hot sausage, garlic and onion sausage, Italian, Polish, beef, chicken and turkey. You name it; we do it. We will make your sausage using our standard recipe or custom made to your taste. Salt-restricted diet is not a problem; just let us know. Our pork sausage is the leanest you will find anywhere, and our spice blend gives it a very unique flavor that you will swear is the best you have ever eaten. You won't find this level of commitment to service anywhere else.
