FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An 8-pack of 1-hour private training sessions for a single person is $400. An 8-pack of 1-hour private training sessions for two people is $520. Depending upon schedule availability, I can split the 1-hour sessions in to two, 30-minute sessions each week. I also offer small group personal training classes in two locations in Lexington. The formats available for small group training include Pilates Matwork, Kettlebells and CenterFit Lite which is a low-impact circuit class designed for the active adult population. Please contact me for details about small group classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we agree that my services are a good fit for you, we'll schedule our first session which will include a consult and assessment. Next, we'll establish your training program and schedule your remaining sessions. If you have any significant medical conditions, you will need to provide a doctor's release before we begin your exercise program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I've also been a certified Pilates instructor for 10+ years. I hold additional certifications/specializations in Kettlebells, Tabata Bootcamp, Senior Fitness, PaddleFit (SUP) and several blackbelts in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu. I am currently working on a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification which addresses things such as diastasis healing, prolapse, back & neck pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
