We are NASM and Clean Health Institute Certified. Our goal is to help individuals achieve their physique goals using scientifically based approaches. We have extensive experience with clients of all ages and health concerns including Celiac Disease, Type 1 and 2 Diabetes, PCOS, Hashimoto's, knee, shoulder and low back injuries. I have exercised and dieted and I just can’t the last stubborn 10 lbs off. I was struggling to say the least. In working with Jill, I’m seeing massive gains in such a short amount of time and my health goals are much more attainable.
She is so easy to work with and very accommodating. Her passion for the science behind their method and her level of support she provides to cater to individual client’s needs is so impressive and appreciated. I love that she regularly checks in to see how I’m doing with the different exercises or my diet so she can make adjustments as needed and make sure I’m not miserable dieting, cause I’m a foodie at heart. Thank goodness!!
She has tailored a workout that will not only meet my goals but is very customizable and doable. She ensures I don’t compromise form maximizing the benefits of the exercise. She pushes me where I need to be pushed & could be.
She does the same with the dieting too. It’s nothing crazy at all. In fact, it was really enlightening at how much more my diet plan (macros) allows me to eat and I’m losing weight and building muscles, amazing! She has even provided me with some quick and easy meal options that helped me get my dieting off to a good start when I started training with her.
In my first month in working with her I have lost about 7 lbs and 3 inches off my waist. It may not sound like a lot, but I can definitely feel the difference in how my cloth are fitting. The rolls and love handles are melting away and I’m really enjoying the way I look and feel.
I know her and her husband work very well together and have a plethora of knowledge and expertise together. In this case it’s like you’re getting a 2 for 1 deal!
