- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a base price which is listed. Additional fee for multiple animals and traveling outside of my service radius (10 miles, 20 mins).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat about their pets and needs. Then we set up a meet and greet and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
