What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated at all. I'll meet with a customer and we will go over what is to be done. Then I'll get a material list together and add labor cost to that. I can do it two ways, Labor only, or Labor and Materials. Then I will present it to the customer. That's when we TALK....give me your honest opinion, there is always room to negotiate and possible financing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Money was tight and I started doing all of my own repairs. Also my wife was military so I moved a lot. I have worked for different companies. At everyone I got high praise on my work. So I decided to start my own business.

Interior painting. Fixture removal and install. All types of flooring.
