Very flexible with prices & costs. Worked from 0730 til dark to try and finish. Volunteered to do things w/ no extra charge. Very meticulous w/cleanup. Sent a man back the next day to pick up pieces of old felt smaller than a dime.

Company provided date and time for evaluation to provide a quote/estimate; date of scheduled quote approached and after reaching out to arrange payment for estimate and to provide with address via thumbtack several times and even via telephone, messages and calls went ignored. Date and time came and went and still no response from company. Horrible way to do business thus could only imagine business practices after being paid. Would not recommend
