- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am incredibly easy to get along with. I will tell you what I think the job is worth and what I can do it for. I do not price jobs to ge the most money I price jobs where I can make money and be comfortable. My intention is not to squeeze every dime out of a customer. I want fair pay for fair work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with my customers to fit their budget, I explain my insurance coverages to ease any concerns, and I also provide references to let my customers know they are in good hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience in the Tree business but also have always had a night job with high end fine dinning where I learned customer service practices that I think set me apart from my competition.
