Heath’s Communication was very good. He checked the dishwasher hose connections and he also leveled the dishwasher. Found root cause for leaking to be a bad lower door seal. We will use him again for any plumbing issues.

The board on our tankless water heater was damaged by a power surge and couldn't be saved. We had no hot water. Heath came out the next morning and installed a new heater and recirculating pump so we would have instant hot water. He ran into an issue with compatibility and said that we would need a dedicated return line for it to work correctly. He did not even charge to install it. A truly professional and compassionate individual. A rare find in the service industry. Most highly recommend this contractor.
