- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the job I can charge hourly or by the job which ever is fair for myself and the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them that if possible I would like to come out and visually see the work needed to be completed and at that time I would be able to give a fair and honest quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
