- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the condition of the concrete, surface preparation required, system type, and square footage. We don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing because proper prep and the right materials are critical to long-term performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, no-obligation evaluation to inspect the concrete, identify moisture or surface issues, and understand how the space will be used. From there, we recommend the appropriate system for the environment, explain the process, timeline, and expectations, and provide a clear proposal. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete the installation professionally, and walk the customer through care and maintenance after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 22 years of hands-on experience in epoxy flooring, concrete surface preparation, and industrial coating systems. Our training comes from years of real-world installations across residential, commercial, and industrial environments, working with professional-grade materials and manufacturer-recommended application methods. We stay current on surface prep standards, moisture mitigation, and system selection to ensure long-lasting results.
