Aside from doing fantastic cleanings each and every time, we are always on time, same teams, and consistent. We build relationships with our clients to earn trust. We are more than just a cleaning company! Our associates are amazing! They are thorough, professional, and completely trained. Our scope is fully inclusive, and we cater to your particular needs. We do not charge extra for windows, refrigerators, etc. We had been on Thumbtack for a long time, and then did not bid for quite awhile, due to our getting more work through word of mouth. Because of our recent expansion, we are now bidding high end residential and commercial accounts only. I would be more than happy to meet with you personally to review your needs. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. We provide excellence in service for Residential, Commercial, and Post Construction Cleanings. We treat our associates and our clients with dignity and respect. All of our associates truly enjoy working together, and making our client's happy. We are a family at MOC, and it shows in our work.

These folks did a terrific job of cleaning our condo. Recently we decided to put our property on the market to sell. We are not tidy people. We knew it would be a big challenge to get it clean enough to list the unit for sale. Fortunately, we found My Obsession Cleaning here on Thumbtack and they did a fabulous job. We also hired Tricia and her husband to wash the walls of our porch/deck. I just couldn't believe how clean they got that! We like this team and plan to use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly is $60/hour, two associates. Biweekly is $65/hour, two associates Single associate is $45/hour Monthly and as needed $60/hour. Post constructions, commercial and deep clean per bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to visit the home, office or post construction so that we can give accurate, firm quotes. From there, we set up an individual protocol sheet that is given to our team leader and their partner. When the job is complete, the team leader will complete a thorough walk through to ensure our client's satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my former career I was the VP of a large mfg firm. I understand about our clients' needs and doing everything to fulfill them. We are constantly researching the latest in products and technology to provide our clients with the very best for their projects.
