What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virus removal - $50 flat rate Data Backup - $25 every 50GB PC upgrade to newer OS, includes transferring all data and three applications - $150 Each additional application will cost $5 - $50 depending. In home pc rate - $50/hr In office pc rate - $100/hr

I stay up to date with the changing technology by being a member of several online forums and social groups.
