Chef Jacque was quick to respond and made good suggestions to help us plan our meal. The food was fresh and very tasty and after dinner Chef cleaned up the kitchen for us. This was our first “personal chef” experience and we look forward to many more. Much thx to Chef Jacque!

Jacqueline was the best chef and made our experience great. We had a bachelorette trip and she came to the house and was punctual. We talked for months before the party and planned everything down to the exact ingredients. We also had someone in the group that was gluten free and she was quick to accommodate everyone to ensure they had the same experience. Thank you so much!

Chef Jacque was excellent! She prepared a delicious brunch for our mother's 80th birthday celebration in Charleston, SC. Chef Jacque was very responsive and easy to work with as our family planned this special low country brunch. She helped us think through different options until we landed on a menu that we loved. Chef Jacque was warm and friendly throughout the planning, and she arrived on the day of our brunch with gorgeous flowers for our mother. She completed the meal right on schedule. Punctuality was very important to her! We had almost 20 family members present, and Chef Jacque prepared biscuits with homemade strawberry compote, salmon croquettes with remoulade, two scrumptious quiches, mac-n-cheese, fried catfish and grits, fruit salad with a delicious dressing, home fries, bacon, and bananas foster bread pudding with rum creme anglaise. Everything was fabulous! We would work with Chef Jacque again in a heartbeat!

I like to customize the menu to my clients taste.I believe in listening to my clients and being available when they need me to help.After the initial contact via thumbtack I like to have a phone conversation.

I trained in Paris France so I do all of the Classic French Cuisine.I've been a Chef for 20 yrs and albeit my background is Fine Dining,I do a wide variety of Cuisines including Low Country.
