Personal Chef

Chef Jacqueline was absolutely amazing!!! From my initial inquiry she was timely in her response and professional. We worked together to curate a menu that worked well for my group of 8. Chef Jacqueline arrived on time, brought us fresh flowers, and was personable. The salad, which included veggies and herbs from her garden, was super fresh, tasted amazing, and included a dressing made from scratch. The food only got better from there. The shrimp and scratch-made bread we had for an appetizer was great, & the main course crab cakes were so so good! By the end of the main course we were stuffed. Chef Jacqueline left our dessert which was peach cobbler and homemade ice cream. It was just as amazing as everything else. It also helps that she seems to really love what she is doing, so we knew the food was made with love. I definitely recommend Chef Jacqueline for any personal chef needs.

All the courses was absolutely fantastic. Ms. Jacqueline was on time, professional, educational very sweet. I will book her everytime I come to NC/SC. This was my first time having a personal chef and the experience was amazing. Happy birthday to me and early birthday to you.

Chef Jacque was amazing! She is easy to work with and very responsive. As she was making the meal, she interacted with our group and told us about her food and her background. Very personable. Food was delicious! THANK YOU Chef Jacque!

Chef Jacqueline is amazing! She doesn’t just provide a meal, she provides an experience. From the beginning, she was extremely responsive and great to work with. She made the meal planning process so enjoyable and she was so kind and had a great energy. She is so personable and our whole group loved her! The meal was amazing from beginning to end. The details like the homemade salad dressing, the homemade focaccia, and homemade ice cream to go with the cobbler were all incredible. Everything Chef Jacqueline served us was delicious and mouthwatering and I am so glad we found her. I can’t wait to work with her again.

Everything was AMAZING!! Chef Jacque really out did herself! She was so great to communicate with during the planning phases. In person Chef Jacque was so kind and delivered such professional service. She brought with her flowers from her garden for our table that were so beautiful. Her cooking was out of this world!! There wasn’t one bad thing to say about our meal! You would be highly impressed if you hired her for your next dinner party! Her specialty chocolate bomb dessert was out of this world! She makes everything from scratch including yummy bread, dressings, sauces and even the ice cream in our dessert was homemade.

    I don't have a standard pricing system.My prices vary with the menu.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to customize the menu to my clients taste.I believe in listening to my clients and being available when they need me to help.After the initial contact via thumbtack I like to have a phone conversation.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I trained in Paris France so I do all of the Classic French Cuisine.I've been a Chef for 20 yrs and albeit my background is Fine Dining,I do a wide variety of Cuisines including Low Country.
