Can't say enough positive things about Greg. Our initial project ended up being put on hold due to construction delays, but we had a different project come up that also needed photography. Greg worked with us through a couple of bumps in the road, weather, scheduling etc. and got us the most beautiful set of images that we could have hoped for. Greg was a pleasure to work with, he responded to my request within an hour of posting and was able to arrange the photo shoot within a week. There was excellent communication between us as, since I was not going to be on-site for the photo shoot, he let me know when he was on site and called me with questions and when the photo shoot was completed. The quality of the photos and video provided were excellent and of high quality. I do plan on working with Greg again for projects we have in his area.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$1000 per day. This includes meticulous editing in Capture One and Photoshop. This full day rate includes the three full days of editing that the photoshoot would require.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I choose a day to photograph their property on which the weather is supposed to be clear, as I want to capture the best light both for the exteriors and the interiors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati, and course study in architectural photography at the Smithsonian Institution and the Los Angeles Photography Center. I have also learned much the the many years of experience photographing hotels, restaurants, and high-end homes.
