Robert is taking care of my house and yard very carefully and did a great job. I recently moved to a new house and there are Carolina bugs around, after Robert completed the first spray, I can't find any bugs/ants in and out. Appreciate it very much!

Robert's swift response to my insect problem was a blessing. I just moved into a condo which was supposedly serviced by another exterminator. However, evidence of German cockroaches was everywhere. Robert assessed the situation, gave the condo an initial treatment, and counseled me on how to keep them from coming back. His fee was extremely reasonable, he was professional and highly knowledgeable about pests. I haven't seen any roaches since he was here last week. I can finally sigh a breath of relief. Thank you Robert!

We had two other pest services out (not through Thumbtack), and still we were having issues with spiders and bugs all over the outside, especially on the patio. After Mr. Mintz came out, we have had a different t issue--cleaning up dead bugs! Whenever we see them on the areas we asked him to focus, they are either dead or in the process of dying, its great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a pest control service it usually costs about $55.00 to 60.00 a quarter. For all termite jobs I cannot give a quote from here but what I can give is a free estimate to give you my best price. The state requires us to measure the house and explain the treatment to customers so they understand what can and cannot be treated, what will and will not be drilled, and any type of waivers that need to be issued if any.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure I ask all the questions I need to make sure I give the customers the treatment they need. I make sure the customers know what is included in the price and what I will be doing before the treatment is started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to get CCU'S in both phases of my license.P and W
