I had an emergency need and even though they were booked solid, they found a space for my appointment and handled my request quickly. I purchased a yearly plan and saved even more money on my repair! Acts arrived same day and at time stated. They were very professional and kind. He was very straightforward about his work and did not try to upsell me but did give me my options. This is not the kind of experience I have had with large air conditioning companies. overall I am very happy and will definitely use him again over any of the big box companies.

We are so happy that we picked ACTS to service our central air system. Gotta be honest, our system is older and we've been putting off having it serviced because we thought a service company would try and talk us into replacing it without even servicing it. Gary from ACTS addressed our concerns and was able to give our central air the cleaning that we wanted. Gary is an up front and honest guy, which you don't see much anymore. My husband and I definitely would refer ACTS and Gary to others!
