Robert was great. I manage properties, and the occupant reported no AC on Thursday night. Robert went out on Friday, but the occupant was not there. Robert was very understanding and offered to return at a later date. The occupant was there on Monday, and Robert went out with just a few hours notice. He made the repair, took photos, and charged a very fair price. Will definitely use him again the next time we have a need in the Columbia area.
