If I could give 10 stars, I would. Martin Peake was amazing in all of the above and more to include value and punctuality. He was a wealth of knowledge with a very quick response time. My request was completed in a timely manner and he was flexible with his availability and even does work on Sunday which works well with my schedule. While at my residence, he advised me of other concerning areas and was able to complete the task while here. I asked about a smaller project and of course, he can fix that too which is great because I was lookng for someone that can do "handyman" tasks around my home. You will be completely satisfied. I would go with Peake Residential before the others on here, simply because of my experience with him today. Thank you again Martin! I will be reaching out to you soon.
