Absolutely 5-Stars across the board!! My rental house HVAC died during a winter deep freeze and I needed the unit replaced asap! High Caliber Solutions came out quickly, quoted a very reasonable price and got the work done just a few days later! They were wonderful throughout the entire process, and the professionalism and communication with Will was excellent. They also offer service on HVAC units, so I'll be contacting them in the spring for that! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

High Caliber did an excellent job installing and servicing the heating furnace. They provided options when resolving my issue. They gave the full picture to resolve the issue. The whole install was taken care of from beginning to end while ensuring no other possible issues could arise. I will definitely use their services again in the future if needed.

We had issues with a 2nd floor Heat Pump on the day before Christmas Eve and they were the only folks that answered my calls and responded. Found the issue and was able to get it up and going. After Christmas, I asked them to come back and service both units, heat pump and gas pack. Cleaned and serviced the heat pump and when they opened the gas pack found the heat exchanger was rusted out. We needed to replace the unit and after getting several quotes, theirs was the best with having us up and running within 2 days. That is also with reworking all of the ductwork. I have nothing but good things to say about Will and Shannon.
