I have had half a dozen stumps removed and Grinder will be my only choice for now on He uses 811 for utilities prior to starting work which is rare in this line of work. He removed all debris and what was left was 90% pure dirt which he leveled and spread so all I have to do is a light raking and sow seed in the area A Pros Pro top notch On time with extremely high quality work.

Took the time to visit and discuss project. Fair price - he should have charged more (I tipped well). Worked with me through a rainy week to fit the work in. Great work! Got deep to thoroughly grind the gnarliest stumps. Used Bobcat to smooth the ground. Protected my hydrangeas! Great guy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not always the lowest, but they are competitive, and believe I offer the most value for similar pricing. I am proud of my work and the reputation I leave behind. My customers can be confident their work was completed properly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to give a free, no pressure, onsite estimate to the customer with a firm commitment for the cost of my services. I will generally only give a price range from pictures, except for smaller stumps. When I quote a price range, I do my best to clearly explain factors that would move the price from the high end to the low end. We can review together on site to ensure we agree. Grinder Stump Removal treats customers fairly with professionalism. I give quotes with pricing, timing and my personal commitment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather's grandfather dabbled in stump removal, blasting them out with dynamite. He got my grandfather started. My grandfather operated a "Stump King" grinder, and taught me about the business.
