- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
About our pricing, we do require 50% down and a signed contract due to the high volume of work obtained and to ensure your project's start date. The remaining balance is due after job completion. Also the basic quote depends on the size of the job and the time frame the client would like to have it completed by, for instants how many workers need to be sent to the site and their pay scale by how many day's predicted to complete it. Quotes given are mostly for labor cost alone, And not the cost of material unless specifically requested... We will also provide a 10% discount on all material purchased if hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact via phone or email for general information of project size and type. Onsite estimate date will be set. Myself, Company Superintendent, or Secretary will advise or relay any information after estimate date.
