FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really don't have a standard pricing system because I feel that every job is different, but I know I have to start somewhere. So, 80.00 is I guess you could say would be to start, and that is for a standard one bedroom then it's 10.00 extra per bedroom and thats with no windows, walls or ovens. I also have a steam-cleaner that I am willing to provide and that is extra also. Like I stated in my initial statement about my company, I am here to make money but I am not willing to charge outrageous prices. "I still believe in a honest days work for an honest days pay"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to be able to talk with the client and let them get to know me as a professional and personal level as well. Then if the client feels comfortable I like to be able to come out and see exactly what I am doing for them and get any special details or concerns that they might have. Set up date and time, and provide peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I'm not sure exactly what college you would attend to clean a home but the one I have attended is called the " the school of life.'' That's a school that you don't ever really graduate from.
