FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work. For most small electrical repairs and installations, I provide flat-rate estimates so you know the cost upfront before any work begins. There are no hidden fees, and I always explain what is included in the price (labor, materials if needed, and any additional work if something unexpected comes up). If a project changes in scope, I always discuss it with the customer first before proceeding. My goal is to keep pricing fair, transparent, and predictable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and focused on making things easy for the customer. First, I review the project details and ask a few questions to fully understand what you need. Then, I provide a clear estimate and explain the scope of work so there are no surprises. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule a convenient time. I show up on time, complete the work cleanly and efficiently, and make sure everything is tested and working properly before I leave. I always make sure the customer is satisfied and answer any questions they may have at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes mainly from hands-on experience working in the field alongside experienced electricians on residential projects. I’ve been involved in installations, troubleshooting, and repairs, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of electrical systems and safe work practices. I also stay up to date with current codes and standards to make sure my work is done correctly.
