Kevin was responsive and knowledgeable. I reached out after hours and he was able to help by noon the next day. Hooked up gas range, removed hardwired dishwasher and installed an electrical box under my sink for the new dishwasher. He also made sure everything was cleaned before leaving. I’ll use Kevin again in the future.

Kevin was able to refit a very heavy and awkwardly positioned granite counter/bar top in our kitchen. It was not at all straightforward and I was impressed with the skill and care he brought to the job. He took time to make sure the job was done properly and went out of his way to suggest and procure elegant additional supports for the granite. I would certainly use him again.

Kevin was very knowledgable and conscientious. I feel he listen very well on what we wanted and helped us get it done. He did the job quickly and helped work thru some technical issues we had. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price / quote isnt always cheap or the cheapest any work performed by Quality Construction & Remodeling is mostly always warrantied for at least 90 days of parts & labor. Also, you pay for quality , knowledge & so on also . In the end , its definitely worth the money spent & all work is guaranteed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we'll chat back & forth for awhile , I'll get a lil detail about job and talk with them then from there I'll usually go see job & either give a quote then or within 24 - 48 hrs . I do shoot for the sooner the better .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plenty of training and practice along the way , everything eventually pays off .
