I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the amazing technician who not only quickly and efficiently repaired my microwave but also worked with incredible attention to detail and cleanliness. He noticed that my refrigerator wasn’t working properly and took care of cleaning and servicing it, as I hadn’t done so in at least 5 years.
