Matthew took care of my complete new AC install. Not only was he punctual but he completed the job quickly, and willingly answered all of my questions concerning the new unit. He also told me about other useful items to consider replacing down the road and covered general maintenance of the new unit. Closing the deal, he fully cleaned up after the job was done. Their customer service was EXCELLENT and I will be a lifetime customer for years to come!

Matt came out quickly when our AC unit went out, of course in the middle of a HOT day in SC, when nobody wants to be without air conditioning. He was super knowledgeable about two different units we had him look at and even gave us helpful tips to prevent them ever going out in the middle of summer and winter! Highly recommend calling them for ALL your air conditioning needs!

With the weather, it makes for AC unit issues. Ask me how I know. BUT I want to give a shoutout to MATT. Not only does he own and run Port City Heating And Air, but he has HEART. He came to my house in the COLD of the night as soon as I let him know I had an issue. I mean LITERALLY jumped straight in his truck and headed out. He also researched my unit and found out there was an active warranty for my unit and nothing came out of my pocket! #supportlocal #communitysupport
