Karl responded to me immediately, set up an appointment for the next day and arrived right in time! He was personable, address the problem quickly and did what he needed. He explained the problem and everything he did to resolved it. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Karl was a complete professional from start to finish. He ensured the dryer duct was cleaned thoroughly and fully operational. He even installed a vent cover on a bathroom exhaust vent. He went above and beyond!!!

Made an appointment with Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning crew, they reached out to me the same day and we were able to set up an appointment quickly! Karl was absolutely fantastic, I don't think our vents have ever been cleaned, but I could tell a difference not even an hour after he left! I would absolutely recommended them to anyone dealing with lingering smells, dustiness, or air quality issues. He went above and beyond, and even checked the coils on our air handler to make sure everything was in good shape.

Karl is a very polite and nice gentleman. He ran into traffic enroute to my home, but he kept me informed along the way. Communication is very important to me. He did a great job with my air ducts and offered tips and helpful suggestions to keep my system running well. I would hire him again.
