Karl was a complete professional from start to finish. He ensured the dryer duct was cleaned thoroughly and fully operational. He even installed a vent cover on a bathroom exhaust vent. He went above and beyond!!!

Karl was amazing; right on time down to the minute, did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning out the dryer trap and duct, diagnosed and offered advice on why condensation collected in the dryer during the summer, and went above and beyond to offer the same for a separate bathroom vent fan issue; one that I quite definitely will be hiring him to dig into further in the near future. 5+ stars.

Made an appointment with Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning crew, they reached out to me the same day and we were able to set up an appointment quickly! Karl was absolutely fantastic, I don't think our vents have ever been cleaned, but I could tell a difference not even an hour after he left! I would absolutely recommended them to anyone dealing with lingering smells, dustiness, or air quality issues. He went above and beyond, and even checked the coils on our air handler to make sure everything was in good shape.
