We have a 1927 historical Schoolhouse with a sophisticated split system and Jacob was persistent and determined even though it took a few attempts to have everything functioning as it should. Even with 12 foot ceilings and temps in the high 90’s we now have a perfectly running HVAC system and each room has well balanced , comfortable temperatures. I’m sure the needed repairs will be make a difference on our electrical bill as well. Our puppy Caesar gives Cool C 5 paws up and so do we!
