Due to the weight of the ornaments I wanted to place on free hanging shelves, I needed shelves deeper than normal commercially available ones and which could have special mountings to withstand the weight. That meant having to obtain custom made shelves to match my office desk and with special mountings. Getting the right shelves properly installed was more important than the time it might take and though it was a difficult challenge Ryan persevered and I got exactly what I wanted. Ryan came out, took measurements and told me he would send me a quote with drawings on Friday 6/19/20 Have not heard anything from him since and it's been over a week , now 6/29/20. I'm sorry you feel that way. The first time you contacted me after our meeting on the 19th of June was yesterday and I responded today. I told you that I was going out of town for Father's Day and asked if you had a problem waiting for an estimate, to which you stated "it was no problem, you're not in a hurry." I returned home after Father's Day on the 23rd and sent you an email containing an estimate on the 24th to which I never heard back and assumed that you were still considering the offer. When I received your text message on June 29th, asking me if I was going to send you an estimate, I realized you had not received my email, so I resent it this morning, June 30th, however you had already left the above review, instead of giving me a call or an email to follow up your text and make sure I had received it only 12 hours before. Had we not specifically discussed the timing of this estimate based on my current workload and schedule, I would understand your point of view, however, I informed you ahead of time that it may be up to a week before I was able to get you something but I would try and get it to you sooner. The 24th was five days after we met and the 29th was 10 days after we met however when you take out the holiday weekend for Father's Day it was a week. I'm sorry we had a miscommunication however I wish you would have given me an opportunity to speak with you before leaving a review that is completely contrary to everything that you can read about my business on this website and others. I've sent you an email to the same effect and hope you adjust your review accordingly and that we are able to work together on the project for which I quoted. Thanks and have a good day.

This allows me to provide all my customers with 5 Star customer service at a fair price. Pricing by the Job: In some cases, I can provide you a fixed quote up front at an agreed upon price. All quotes are subject to adjustment until agreed upon after arriving on the job site. Please understand that when quoting sight unseen, adjustments are sometimes necessary and will be discussed before any work begins.
