Michael did a great job with my inspection. He was able to find a few infractions that could have cost me some out of pocket expenses in the future. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

He responded very quickly, and was able to schedule the inspection within 48 hours. I received the report the next day. I loved the separate summary of things that needed to be repaired. I would definitely use him again.

Home inspection on 6/30/15
Mike is extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient & helpful. As a single woman buying a house for the first time, Mike was happy to answer all my questions & showed me everything I needed to know about my new home. He didn't mind me following him around & he pointed things out along the way. He charged less than most other H.I.'s & was well worth it. Was on time , took his time, & I got my report the same day.I will definatley reccomend Mike Merritt.
