Introduction: I prefer personal desktop/laptop computer work in lieu of business in order to provide a personalized solution based upon the customers' needs. My support does not end when the PC is returned or completed in-house but until the customer is satisfied. My customers receive support even after they have signed off and that work was completed to their specifications and satisfaction because I care.
