This man was incredible. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, flexible, prompt and responsive. I would also add that he was very humble. He came late in the evening from 45 minutes away to fix our AC. I felt terrible because my husband was gone, and normally he deals with repair people and puts our dogs in another room. I forgot to do this, and felt terrible as our dogs freaked out, and he actually stood up on our deck box for like 5 minutes while I put away our dogs. He took it all in stride and didn't even complain even though our dogs were very rude and even scary I am sure. (They were scared.) He didn't charge us until later when we were sure it was fixed. Rate was very reasonable, and he left almost immediately to go to our house for the call as soon as I made the request on Thumb tack. If every repair person and/or service person could be this outstanding, the world would change from everyone being just a tad bit happier with their days. Alex, you should open a training school for dealing with the public! There are many that could learn a lot from you!
