Buckeye started cleaning apartments for us. About 4-5 per week. They are always on time and the units are clean! They have done awesome with everything we've given them to do. We given them a lot of work-such as flooring replacement, complete unit rehab, breezeway cleaning, all of our HVAC work. We are very happy with Buckeye!

The work they did in cleaning my apartment was wonderful! No complaints there! When scheduling time to come by, the cleaners rescheduled once (which was fine), but failed to come by at rescheduled time (1:30pm) and the second rescheduled time (3pm) - both of which I left work and drove home with the expectation of meeting them. I ended up having to wait until the next available day to have them clean. This was inconvenient with the reschedule, and they were willing to give me $10 off my service after I requested a discount. The next challenge was with payment. The management ensured me that they accepted a credit/debit card payment, but after the service, my fiancé (the only person available to be home at the rescheduled time) was instructed by the person cleaning that they only accepted cash (no knowledge of a call-and-pay debit/credit system - poor communication to employees there) and that they were not able to give change when cash was provided. I was then told they do not typically offer credit/debit options to private residences - they knew I had a simple one-apartment clean needed from the beginning. All and all, the apartment was cleaned properly, but I feel as though there is poor communication between management and employees. This may not be a challenge for others after the company has heard my complaints, but please make sure you ask the appropriate questions and acknowledge the challenges with coordinating a cleaning time and clear your schedule accordingly when choosing them to clean for you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our typical Property Management charge is in between 5-9%. We have affordable prices for our regular work such as cleaning, painting, HVAC work. Other work is normally done with quotes or bids. We do respond in the same day or within 24 hours. We accept all major credit & debit cards for your convenience!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are simple to work with we are given a work order or scope of the work, we then schedule a time & day to come out to complete the work or get a better idea of the issue or project. We either do the work at that point or schedule the work to be done at a later point.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed PMIC since 2008. We have 15 years experience with Section 8 and low income housing. Budgets and financially strong. We have extensive training and experience in everything we do.
