I can't rave enough about this company. Stan is a consummate professional, and their work is amazing! Do yourself a favor and work with them!!!Nov 7, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Websites like this suggest that my first quote is only an estimate. However, every client's needs are different... so estimating on the basis of a two-word written description is difficult. Typically I will not bid on a job unless I think I can do it for the price I quote -- but I hope the client understands that what they ultimately ask for is my goal and sometimes it is a quicker process and easier than they've made it sound, and sometimes it is harder.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I want to know what the client thinks. How much or little does he/she wish to be involved in the creative process... and that's where it starts. Many people know what they want, but can't describe it, and some can't explain it -- but they know what they DON'T want. Armed with this information, my turn-over time is usually very quick. As often as possible, I give the client options from which to choose... and will keep tweaking a project until they are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Masters Degree in Fine Arts. I teach Art & Theatre on the university level. Among my skills are drawing, carpentry, graphic design, scenic design, writer, musician, handyman and of course teacher.
