I thought I had rats in the walls and roof. Turned out it was bats. The exterminator knew as soon as he placed his head in the attic. He also video recorded them to show us. He explained about the species and things to look out for, assessed the house and the entryways, explained the process, diseases that need to be treated, and gave us options. I absolutely recommend this company. No more scratches in the walls and scurrying in the ceiling. All the entry ways are sealed up. There's a 1 year warranty on the work. I'm so glad it wasn't rats! Plus, they didn't exterminate the bats, just got them out of the house. I'm big on preserving wildlife so that was importantto me...except for rats. Rats can go to hell.

We chose 2 thumbtack animalremoval companies because we had at least one squirrel coming and going in our garage ceiling duct work. Wando Wildlife contacted us the next day and came the following day. Frank and Steven came up with a plan to try to humanely trap the animal and also fixing the areas that were left open.
The squirrel never came back, but Frank and Steven made sure it would not be able to enter our ceiling by fixing all the openings.
We would definitely hire Wando Wildlife again!

Frank is a good guy. From what I've seen, his best quality is how thorough he is. He just doesn't stop until ever rat is out of the house, and every nook and cranny is sealed up. On top of that, he's super professional. Highly recommend!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are some services we can quote over the phone, such as catching a snake in your yard. Pricing for removing wildlife from inside a home or business depends upon the situation, number of entry points, and services desired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A wildlife professional will travel to your home or business to do an inspection. We offer free inspections for most areas. Most jobs will require an in person visit to determine wildlife entry points if critters are inside the home or business. We will take the time to do a thorough inspection and put together a game plan to solve your problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Operator Frank Cisa has had a love for wildlife since a very young age. He studied Wildlife Biology at Clemson University and has over 9 years of experience in the pest control and wildlife removal industries. He started his first wildlife company in Durham, NC in 2017.
