- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am trained in myofascial release, trigger point release, lymph drainage techniques, somatic release, and Swedish circulatory massage.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I entered massage therapy school nearly 23 years ago when I was in college studying liberal arts in Chicago. I instantly fell in love with the the learning of the body through the different modalities taught at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. I became fascinated and wanted to absorb all I could. Anatomy and Physiology have become a passion of mine and I now work with many of my clients in not just massage therapy but yoga therapy as well. Helping them achieve a better state of wellness.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Many of my clients have been working with me for years. They find massage and yoga to be important for their overall wellness.
