I’ve been working with Tyler for about 8 months now. It’s gotten to the point where he knows me more than I know myself when it comes to how I workout. He listens and creates workouts to my wants and needs (which can change monthly). He is patient, yet he still pushes you enough to feel challenged and satisfied with your accomplishments. I have been working out with Tyler for right at a year and it has been the best experience! He pushes you when he knows you are capable, which is amazing for those who don’t push the limits (myself). I’m down 38lbs, I’ve increased my strength, and love weight lifting now. My cardio tolerance has improved dramatically. I started out struggling to run for a couple of minutes at 5mph and now run a mile for warm up or do sprints (increased my speed from 6.4 to sprinting at 8.5). Still a work in progress! Tyler of New10 Fitness, made a customized plan that fit my specific goals. We were able to collaborate weekly to check on the progress of the workout plan and if there were any questions I needed to ask. The nutrition plan and guide was easy and worked! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet with new clients and do a sit down consultation with a personal design session. This way I get to see the customers strengths and weaknesses?
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with a wide variety. From youth athletes, to your everyday 9-5 worker. I have trained clients with asthma, as well as post PT injuries.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?make sure you are committed to the training program! if you feel you are ready to get in shape, then hire a personal trainer. If your not sure yet if you're 100% committed then hold off until you are!
