- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are honest with pricing, we break everything out into a line-item so you always know what you are receiving and for how much. We also offer military and senior discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inquiry is made, we contact the customer promptly to obtain any additional information needed and schedule an on-site visit. Once on-site, we inspect the situation, make recommendations and prepare an estimate for the customer. They then decide how they would like to proceed. We respect the wishes of the customer and always do what is best for you!

We are certified at the highest level through the IICRC.
