We had an unexpected plumbing flood in our condo, and All Dry was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They responded quickly, were professional, and took the time to explain every step of the mitigation process so we always knew what was happening. The team worked efficiently, treated our home with care, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Our condo was dried out as quickly as possible and their communication throughout was excellent. I cant recommend All Dry highly enough true professionals who go above and beyond for their customers!

Matt and his team responded immediately to our issues, and were able to both minimize the damage and coordinate with other contractors to get all repairs done flawlessly in a timely manner. I will never use anybody else for a water damage issue.
Matt and his team at All Dry of Mount Pleasant saved our home. We had an interior upstairs water leak that was running off of our rear balcony, out of the front door and even coming out of the garage. Matt and his team did an outstanding job!!! They showed up within a couple of hours of our call. The ceiling on the first level was raining in every room. Everything was completely soaked from the flooring upstairs to the sub-flooring downstairs and everything in between. He immediately calmly assessed the situation and said not to worry we know what to do.Matt made a few phone calls and in no time had crews out to our home extracting water, removing carpet, running fans and dehumidification machines. It was a lot. I have never seen so many fans. Matt and his team spent days removing flooring, cabinets, Sheetrock trim and insulation. Matt was onsite site several times a day documenting everything with water meters and infrared sensors and cameras. So many pictures. Good thing. Insurance companies are not the easiest people to work with. We needed all the documentation for them. Matt has a great team and I couldnt be happier with their services. Highly recommended. Great job.

The apartment above ours had a water leak causing our ceiling to crack and stream water in. I had posted in our neighborhood facebook page asking for help and Matt called me quickly and told me he lived in the same neighborhood and could come by. He was able to take images with his thermal camera for us to give our property management team for areas of water damage in the walls and expected nothing in return from us for his help. Definitely would recommend Matt and All Dry!

We are honest with pricing, we break everything out into a line-item so you always know what you are receiving and for how much. We also offer military and senior discounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inquiry is made, we contact the customer promptly to obtain any additional information needed and schedule an on-site visit. Once on-site, we inspect the situation, make recommendations and prepare an estimate for the customer. They then decide how they would like to proceed. We respect the wishes of the customer and always do what is best for you!

We are certified at the highest level through the IICRC.
