- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Often, final pricing will depend on exact location, especially for drone photography. Restricted airspace, tall buildings or towers or cellphone towers and wires may pose problems that can be overcome, but require special effort.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can either meet them at the site and listen to their direction or request that they send me specifics in writing (text or email).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of photography as a hobby. UAS certification by the FAA for commercial drone flying (also certified in Thailand), as well as Private Pilot license with Instrument rating.
