- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing. We charge a $79 dispatch fee that is waived if work is performed. We offer a 3% military and senior discount when paying with cash or check only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technicians arrive at your home to meet with you and go over your project details. Once all details of the project have been discussed, the technician will create an estimate for your project and present the estimate for your approval. Once agreed and signed the technician will move forward with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a mechanical contractors license in plumbing for commercial and residential with 28+ years of experience.
