Eric did an excellent job with installing a new bathroom faucet and drain pipe as well as a new light fixture. He was professional and did not stretch his time to get more money, he will be hired again. I have already handed out 3 of his business cards to my neighbors. It's about time there was an honest worker in the area.

Eric responded quickly, was flexible when additional work was added, did a great job repairing a door, adding knobs, fixing a drawer, patching an area where there was a leak in the ceiling, and working around a sort of chaotic environment. He began work the day after I contacted him via Thumbtack and returned the following day to complete the work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer. Go over the scope of work. Explain, discuss the process. Help them choose colors. Sheen of paint. I do my best to meet their expectations. And avoid any surprises that can can arise any time a project is underway.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional painter and handyman for 20 years. I have worked at apartment complexes. Hotels. For private painting companies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine owned a professional painting company. I wanted to learn a trade. He needed help. He taught me how to be a clean painter.
